The 2nd Messenger Meeting
in Bogota met to discuss the final papers of the Associational Papers.
When approved by the Colombian Government, this will make it possible for
our churches to be legally represented by this Country.
Manantial sent Bro.
Mauricio as messenger. We also need about $200.00 to set up our non-profit
co-operation papers for the Manantial Baptist Mission. This will
give us the right to own property.

Once
again the Lord has richly blessed us here at Manantial Baptist Mission.
One of the highlights was Bro. Derryberry's visit to our mission.
He is the pastor of the Suburban Acres Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas
which sponsores three mission works here in Villavicencio. Bro. Hankins,
pastor of our Sponsoring Church had thought to be able to come with Bro.
Derryberry. To our disappointment, he wasn't able to come at this
time.
